    Why vegan meal prep?

    Whether you're a long time reader of the blog or a newcomer, I'm so excited to share my first ever cookbook with you. After going vegan in 2013, I quickly learned that maintaining a plant-based diet is much easier when you’re prepared. I found having nourishing food prepared for the week drastically improved my work-life balance, productivity, and well-being. This cookbook will show you how easy and delicious plant-based eating can be!
